NC Nephrology is committed to providing convenient, high-quality care for our patients. As part of our ongoing efforts to best serve the community, we will be making the following changes to our locations:
Louisburg Office Closure
Our Louisburg office will permanently close effective August 17, 2026.
Expanded Wake Forest Office Services:
Effective 9/1/2026, to better meet patient needs, our Wake Forest office will expand office hours and be open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. In addition, on-site laboratory services will be available during office hours for patients whose providers have ordered lab testing.
Laboratory Hours
- 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Patients who currently receive care in Louisburg will continue to receive the same excellent nephrology care through our Wake Forest location and other NC Nephrology offices as appropriate.
